Delete your account from the app

You can request deletion of your 3 Billion Beats account and its associated data at any time, directly in the app:

• Open the 3 Billion Beats app and sign in.
• Go to Profile → Settings.
• Choose Delete Account and confirm your request.

Or request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email us at support@3billionbeats.org from the email address associated with your account (or include the phone number you signed up with), with the subject line "Delete my account." We will verify your identity before processing the request.

What is deleted

When your deletion request is processed, we permanently delete your account and the personal data associated with it, including your profile information, health and wellness data you entered or synced (assessments, labs, wearable data, nutrition and activity logs), your conversations with Corwin, and your community content.

What may be retained

Some records may be retained for a limited period where the law requires it — for example, clinical records facilitated through our affiliated clinical providers, billing and transaction records, and records needed for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. Retained records remain protected as described in our Privacy Policy and are deleted when the applicable retention period ends.

Timing

Deletion requests are typically completed within 30 days. Membership benefits end when your account is deleted; see our Terms of Service for details about your membership.
